What is the minimum stay?
Our apartments are available for medium-term rental, typically 1 to 11 months. If you have specific dates in mind, contact us, and we’ll confirm which units are available.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. All Cassiopeia Homes are fully furnished and equipped for comfortable everyday living, including kitchenware, appliances, and essential household items.
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes use of the communal areas within the residential complex, including gardens and swimming pools.

Yes. Every apartment comes with a private parking space in the underground garage.
